It has been used to add colour to meals, enhance the taste of sauces, replace water or stock, and marinate foods. To ensure the result is as desired, you should always use a quality wine.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recipe with wine 1: mussels in white wine<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat a chopped <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Shallot\">shallot<\/a> with a little butter in a saucepan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After a few minutes, add the mussels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cover the saucepan for a few minutes and then add <strong>DEMUERTE WHITE<\/strong> wine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let it reduce by half, add cream, and cook for a few more minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Season to taste and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recipe with wine 2: squid with onions<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Slice some garlic and an onion into thin strips.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saut\u00e9 them over medium-low heat for a few minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, in a frying pan, sear the cleaned, washed, and dried squid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Set the seared squid aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add DEMUERTE <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wineryon.com\/en\/?p=15752\">WHITE wine<\/a> to the same pan and, once it boils, add a portion of the saut\u00e9ed onion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the squid and serve hot.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recipe with wine 3: beef cheeks in muscat wine sauce<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sear the cleaned beef cheeks in a pot and set them aside on a separate plate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the same oil, saut\u00e9 onion, garlic, carrot, and leek until softened.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add chopped tomato, cook for a couple of minutes, then pour in muscat wine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the wine has evaporated, return the beef cheeks to the pot along with a bay leaf and a couple of cloves.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cover everything with beef stock.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Close the pot and cook for 20 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before serving, remove the beef cheeks and blend the sauce.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recipe with wine 4: pears in red wine<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drizzle the pears with a mixture of apple cider, red wine, honey, cloves, star anise, cinnamon, and orange juice with its peel (previously boiled).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simmer everything for about 12 minutes.
